摘要
介绍了新型熔渣水淬废气处理装置的工艺流程及基本结构,能有效解决生产中熔渣水淬时产生的水蒸汽污染问题,同时,可将大部分水蒸汽就地冷凝成水返回到渣池内循环利用,降低水的消耗。与传统的水淬渣处理方法相比,新方法具有能耗低、节约用水、环境友好等突出优势,可以为企业带来可观的经济效益和环境效益,能更好地推动熔渣水淬废气处理方面产业化的发展。
Description is made of the process flowsheet and basic structure of the new equipment and new process for the treatment of the off-gas from the slag granulation operation. The application of the new equipment and process can effectively eliminate the water vapor pollutant formed in the slag granulation operation and most of the water vapor is condensed into water in situ and recycled to the slag pond to reduce the water consumption. In comparison with the traditional granulator slag treatment process, this new process is more advantageous for low energy consumption, water-saving and environmental-friendly performance, as can bring about substantial economic and environmental benefits and accelerate the development of the industrialization of the slag granulator off-gas treatment.
