摘要 针对永磁同步电机的无传感器矢量控制,利用对磁链的估计,提出了一种转子位置、速度的估计方法.该方法通过测量的相电流和端电压估计电机的定子磁链,再利用定子磁链对估计位置进行校正.针对二阶多项式曲线拟合位置估计方法所存在的问题,又提出了引入锁相环结构来减小稳态估计误差.理论分析和仿真结果表明,所提出的永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制方法在低速和高速时都能精确辨识出转子的位置和速度,系统具有较好的鲁棒性和良好的动静态运行性能. A rotor position and speed estimation method for sensorless vector control of PMSMis based on flux estimation.Measured phase current and terminal voltage are used to estimate the stator flux of the motor.By using the stator flux,the estimated rotor position is corrected.With the problem of using second-order polynomial curve fitting to estimate the rotor position,the system also adopts phase-locked loop to reduce the steady-state errors.Theoretical analysis and simulation results showthat rotor position and speed can be estimated accurately at a lowand a high speed by using the proposed strategy.The system has stronger robustness and good dynamic and static performance.
