摘要
分析了美国、日本,以及欧洲各国的电动汽车产业扶持政策模式,从激励政策、保障政策和限制政策3个方面对比分析了其近10年来发布的电动汽车扶持政策,并概述了我国近5年来发布的电动汽车产业扶持政策,提出了相关建议.
The supportive policies mode of electric vehicles in America,Japan and Europe are analyzed,detailed comparisons on different policies published in the past 10 years are presented from stimulation,guarantee and restriction.Then,supportive policies issued in the past 5 years and relevant suggestions for electric vehicle industry in China are summarized.
