锥形光纤制作及其荧光收集特性实验研究

摘要 使用光致聚合法制备了锥形光纤,并对锥形光纤的荧光激发和收集特性进行了研究.通过实验比较了锥形光纤和普通光纤用作传感头对荧光材料的激发和收集的差别.实验结果表明,普通光纤传感头收集不到荧光,而锥形光纤收集到的荧光信号较强.该结果证实了锥形光纤的增强荧光特性,因此在进行基于荧光淬灭原理的爆炸物浓度检测实验时采用锥形光纤作为传感头可以有效提高探测灵敏度. Tapered fiber is prepared in the method of photo-polymerization,and its fluorescence excitation and collection characteristics are also studied through experiment,and the differences are compared between the tapered fiber and ordinary optical fiber used as the sensor head to the excitation and collection of fluorescent material.Experimental results showthat ordinary optical fiber sensor head could not collect fluorescence signals,but the tapered fiber collects stronger fluorescence signal.The result confirms the enhanced fluorescence collection characteristics of a tapered fiber.Using tapered fiber as sensor head can improve the detection sensitivity when carrying out the explosives detection-experiment based on fluorescence quenching method.
