摘要
通过极化曲线、显微硬度试验、钢筋握裹强度试验以及现场工程试验对比,研究渗锌钢筋与普通钢筋的力学性能、耐蚀性能以及施工性能。结果表明,渗锌钢筋的硬度及其与混凝土的握裹强度均高于普通钢筋;渗锌钢筋和普通钢筋在混凝土模拟液中的稳定开路电位分别约为-0.9 V和-0.4 V,且均有稳定的钝化行为,但渗锌钢筋的钝化电位区间更宽,维钝电流密度和腐蚀电流密度也比普通钢筋大了一个数量级;渗锌钢筋在现场施工中具有良好的弯曲和焊接性能。渗锌钢筋可应用于海工混凝土构筑物中。
The mechanical properties, corrosion resistances and construction performances of ordinary rebar and sherardizing rebar were comparative studied by polarization curves, microhardness test, reinforced bond strength test and field engineering test. The results show that the hardness and bond strength between steel bar and concrete of sherardizing rebar are greater than that of ordinary rebar, and the open circuit potentials of sherardizing rebar and ordinary rebar in the simulated concrete pore solution are about-0.9 V and-0.4 V respectively, and both of sherardizing rebar and ordinary rebar have the steady passive behavior, but the passivation potential of sherardizing rebar has a wider range, and the passivation current density and corrosion current density of sherardizing rebar are larger than ordinary rebar by an order of magnitude. The sherardizing rebar has good bending and welding performances in the process of field test, and can be used in the marine concrete structures.
