限高条件下格型钢板桩大圆筒现场组拼工艺

摘要 港珠澳大桥香港人工岛岛壁采用格型钢板桩大圆筒结构,为了解决施工区域限高、水浅、地质条件差、区域狭小等施工难题,大圆筒主格施工采用了1/4大圆筒预拼、分组振沉工艺,该工艺主要包括基地预拼、水上运输、现场组拼合龙、分组振沉等。通过特殊工装支架、专用起重船、钢板桩弧形吊梁的研制,保证了85只格型钢板桩大圆筒的顺利组拼。实践证明该组拼工艺是成功的,尤其适用于大型起重船不能进入的区域,如水深较浅的潮间带、机场附近的航空限高区域。 The large diameter cellular steel sheet piles are used in the construction of the Hongkong artificial island wall of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. In order to resolve the construction problem of the height limit, shallow water, poor geological conditions, narrow region, the on-site assembly and vibration driving process are adopted in the large diameter cellular steel sheet piles construction. The process includes the preassembly on the base, marine conveyance, on-site assembly, vibration driving set by set etc. Through the development of special supporting device, special floating crane, steel sheet pile arc beam,we ensured the smooth assembly of 85 large diameter cellular steel sheet pile cylinders. The practice proved that the set of the process is successful, especially suitable for the area which large scale floating crane cannot enter, such as the shallow tidal zone, and the height limit area near the airport.
