摘要
以副枪系统和二级冶金模型为基础,通过优化原材料条件,建立转炉加料和供氧等吹炼过程自动控制工艺,优化系统操作参数和模型参数等措施,宣钢实现了150 t转炉自动化炼钢。转炉出钢命中率由86.2%提高到90%以上,并且吹炼过程稳定,终渣全铁质量分数平均降低了2%,提高了转炉炼钢的金属收得率。
Based on sublance system and secondary- level metallurgical model,optimizing rawmaterials conditions,the automatic control technology is built for blowing process of converter,including charging and oxygen feeding. With it and optimizing system operation parameters and model parameters,automatic steel making for 150 t converter is realized in Xuan Steel. The tapping hit rate of converter is raised from 86. 2 to over 90 percent,and the blowing process steady,the average end- slag total iron mass fraction is reduced by2%,the metal yield of converter raised.
