摘要
以邯钢炼铁部3 200 m3高炉从2013年到2015年两年多的整个炉况演变过程为例,从管理、操作和焦炭方面系统地阐述了大型高炉炉况与焦炭的紧密相关性问题,即大型高炉要想实现长周期的炉况顺行和先进的经济技术指标,依靠精细化的管理、先进的操作理念和制度、原燃料条件,尤其是焦炭条件的支撑,大型高炉与焦炭要相互匹配。
With the complete evolution procedure of furnace condition of 3 200 m^3 blast furnace of Han Steel from 2013 to 2015 as example,it is systematically stated the close relativity between furnace condition and coke for large- scale blast furnace in aspects of management,operation and coke,i. e. to realize long- period smooth running and advanced economic and technical indexes,the large- scale blast furnace must rely upon the support of delicacy management,advanced operation idea and system,rawand fuel materials conditions,especially the coke. That is,large- scale blast furnace has to be matched with coke.
