摘要
通过对热风炉系统耗能状况进行全面分析,找出影响能源利用的主要因素。比较了换热器使用前后煤气的预热温度和消耗,对烧炉过程进行优化,提高换热器的利用率,延长了换热器的使用寿命,改造能耗高的设备,使烟道废气中的氧含量控制在0.7%左右,降低煤气消耗约3%,在很大程度上提高了热风炉的风温和生产效率。
With all- round analysis for the energy consumption of hot blast stove system,the main factors to affect energy utilization are found out and improved: compared pre- heating temperature and consumption of gas before and after using heat exchanger,optimizing burning furnace process,raising utilization rate of heat exchanger and prolonging its work life,reforming high- energy- consumption equipments,controlling the oxygen content in chimney waste gas at about 0. 7%,reducing gas consumption by about 3%,so the blasting temperature and production coefficient of hot blast stove are raised to a great extent.
