摘要
邯钢冷轧板带浪形缺陷较为明显,表现为各种浪形和瓢曲。运用系统工程的方法,深入研究板形模型系统,结合不同规格产品开发了12种板形目标曲线,提高了板形控制的标准,解决了曲线单一状况。针对不同的热轧原料特性,结合金相组织分析,解决了实际生产中离线板形双边浪问题。经过优化板形工艺,冷硬钢板平直度由2014年的平均值6IU降低到2015年的3IU以内,该平直度达到国内先进水平。
The wave- style defects of cold rolling sheet in Han Steel are rather obvious,presenting as various wave- shape and buckling. To solve these problems,we use systematic engineering method,deeply study the profile shape model system,develop 12 kinds of profile shape target curves according to different product specifications,raise the standard of profile shape control,improve the situation of having only one curve; against the different characteristics of hot rolling rawmaterials,combining with the metallographic structure analysis,we solve the both- sides wave of off- line profile shape in actual production. After the profile shape optimized,the straightness of cold- rolling hard steel sheet is reduced from 6 in 2014 to within 3IU in 2015,that reaches the advanced level at home.
