摘要
结合生产实际,为解决SPCC钢板后续使用过程中经常出现橘皮纹或冲压开裂等现象,通过拉伸试验机模拟平整工艺,分析试验得出的延伸率与屈服强度的关系,得出不同性能需求产品所对应的最佳平整延伸率工艺参数,缩短了平整工序摸索延伸率工艺周期,降低了因平整工艺延伸率设定误差造成的不良品率。将拉伸试验机模拟得到的延伸率,用于平整工序实际生产中,提高了产品性能的符合度,极大地减少了产品的质量问题。
To solve the problems: orange peel or stamping cracking of the SPCC steel sheet in its late use,the tension test machine is used to simulate the temper rolling technology of the sheet,the relation got in the test between elongation and yield strength is analyzed and the best tempering elongation process parameters got for products with different property requirements,the process circulation to find out the best elongation in tempering stage shortened,the defective rate caused by the setting error of tempering technology elongation reduced. The elongation got in the simulating test with tension test machine is used in the actual production,improves the quality of products.
