学术评价是对学术价值的判断与评定,是对学者学术成果的水平和贡献的反映。然而当下的学术评价正在走向重数轻质的误区并逐步异化为期刊评价,这种以期刊数量或等级为标准的评价方式因传统文化的影响、行政力量的干涉而顽强存在着,造成了假期刊的滋生、巨额版面费的产生、学术泡沫等一些学术腐败行为的出现,这严重污染了我国的学术环境,对此应当树立理性的学术评价理念来优化我国的大学学术评价机制。
