摘要
采用共沉淀的方法制备了Ce掺杂Bi OI光催化剂,0.04%样品在可见光下显示出较好的光催化活性,但是继续增加Ce的含量,发现光催化活性明显降低。通过XRD对样品的物相结构进行表征和利用XPS对样品的元素进行检测证明了掺杂样品的成功合成,再利用DRS、SPV测试的数据证明出掺杂后的样品明显提高了电子-空穴对的分离率,最终得出掺杂后样品的光催化反应机理。
With the method of coprecipitation,we made a Ce- doped Bi OI photocatalyst,The 0. 04% sample shows better photocatalytic activity under visible light,but if you continue to increase the content of Ce,you can found the photocatalytic activity significantly decreased. The phase structure of the samples were characterized by XRD and the elements of samples tested by the XPS proving the successful synthesis of the doped samples. With DRS,SPV datum,you can prove mixed samples significantly increased the separation rate of the electron- hole. By doping the photocatalytic,we can find the reaction mechanism of the samples.
