摘要
伴随着高通货膨胀率、低银行利息率以及越来越快的人口老龄化,我国的基本养老保险基金面临的保值增值压力越来越大。2015年8月国务院批复养老金入市,中国基金业协会会长洪磊建言在2月27日召开的"中国养老金融50人论坛首届峰会"上阐述了养老金入市的具体方案,这在一定程度上有利于避免基金时间性贬值,缓解了基金压力。拟就养老金进入资本市场的合理性进行分析,进而引发对养老金入市的思考,对养老金入市的风险管理进行研究。
With the high inflation rate,low interest rate of banks and the aging of the population,the increasing pressure of the basic pension insurance fund in our country is getting worse. On August 2015,approved by the State Council of the State Council,pension fund can be invested in the capital market in order to avoid the devaluation of the fund. This article analyzed the rationality of the pension fund entering the capital market and the risk management of the pension invested in the capital market.
