“五位一体”构建大学生公寓党支部的思考——以台州学院物理与电子工程学院为例

Thoughts on the Construction Model of “Five in One” for the Party Branch in Student Dormitory——A Case Study of School of Physical and Electronic Engineering of Taizhou University

在新形势下,越来越多高等学校开展党建进公寓工作。目前,公寓党建工作存在缺乏全局规划、缺乏制度指导、缺乏实际成效等问题,需结合工作实际,探索公寓党支部"五位一体"构建模式,包括健全制度规范体系、优化行政机构体系、完善梯队培养体系、丰富组织生活体系以及强化考评监督体系等。

Under the new situation, more and more institutions of higher education carry out therelevant work about constructing Party branch into dormitory. Due to the existed problems of long-termplan, mechanism and practical effect, Party construction into dormitory has to apply the model as＂Five in One＂with combining the work practice. The measures include perfecting policy and regula-tion system, optimizing administrative organization system, promoting echelon cultivation systems, enrich-ing regular organization activity and enhancing evaluation and supervision system.
