摘要 利用碱性果胶酶复配部分木聚糖酶对亚麻原茎进行脱胶试验,比较了不同的酶配比和用量、作用温度和时间等条件下打成麻强力和长麻率,探讨了酶重复利用的可行性。结果表明,碱性果胶酶和木聚糖酶配比为1∶2,酶用量0.8%(w/w),温度30-32℃,浴比1∶13-14,p H 8.5,脱胶时间60-65 h,打成麻质量最佳,打成麻强力提高10%-15%左右,长麻出麻率提高1.2%-1.5%,且比传统沤麻提高1-2号数,此外,添加50%脱胶废液用于再次沤麻具有一定的可行性。本研究总结出一套较成熟工艺,提高温水沤麻的质量,降低沤麻污染,缩短沤麻时间,提高生产效率,提升打成麻品质和市场竞争力。 In this study,a degumming experiment was carried out in flax using alkaline pectase combined with partial xylanase for measuring strength of scutched flax and the rate of long fibra de lino under the condition of the ratio and dosage of different enzymes,five different temperature and ten different response time. And,we investigated the feasibility of reusing enzymes that were used in present study. The results showed that the quality and strength of scutched flax were best when the ratio of alkaline pectinase and xylanase ratio was 1∶ 2,the dose of enzyme was 0. 8%( w / w),the temperature was 30-32℃,and the response time was 60- 65 h. Compared with traditional techniques,the strength of scutched flax was raised by 10%- 15%,the rate of long fibra de lino was increased by 1. 2%- 1. 5%.From the present study,we found a more mature way to improve the quality,reduce pollution,save time and increase production efficiency.
