自组装FeOOH纳米膜的制备及光催化活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以二氧化硅(SiO_2)为基底,在其上组装磺酸根(SO3H)为外侧功能团的自组装单层。以此为模板,先后采用Fe(NO_3)_3—HNO_3和TiCl_4—HCl、Fe(NO_3)_3—HNO_3液相反应体系诱导制备了FeOOH薄膜及FeOOH/TiO_2复合薄膜,并通过SEM,XRD和TEM分析它们分别属于锐钛矿和针铁矿结构。紫外—可见漫反射光谱显示,FeOOH/TiO_2复合薄膜比单一的FeOOH薄膜更好的响应可见光。以五氯酚(PCP)为目标物,研究两种纳米薄膜的光催化性能。实验结果表明,可见光下,FeOOH/TiO_2复合薄膜光催化性能优于FeOOH薄膜,证明FeOOH与TiO_2存在耦合作用。通过红外光谱的测试探究反应机理,证明五氯酚被降解为芳酮类化合物等中间产物进而生成H_2O、CO_2、HCl等小分子物质。 By assembling self-assembled monolayer of SO3H which is the outboard functional group on SiO2 as base,adopting self-assembled monolayer as the template,and taking the methods of liquid phase reaction system of Fe(NO3)3—HNO3,TiCl4-HCl and Fe(NO3)3—HNO3,FeOOH film and composite FeOOH/TiO2 film are induced and built,which respectively belongs to anatase and goethite structure through analysis of SEM,XRD and TEM.UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy shows that composite FeOOH/TiO2 film is better in responding visible light than single FeOOH film.Photocatalytic activity of these two types of films is studied by taking pentachlorophenol(PCP)as target.The experiment result shows that photocatalytic activity of composite FeOOH/TiO2 film is better than FeOOH film,and coupling effect exists between FeOOH and TiO2.Through the reaction mechanism of test and exploration of infrared spectrum,it is proved that PCP is degraded into arones and other intermediates and then into small molecules including H2O、CO2、HCl and so on.
