玉米苞叶总黄酮超声波辅助提取的响应面优化及其抗氧化测定 被引量:3

摘要 采用响应面分析法优化超声波辅助乙醇提取玉米苞叶总黄酮,利用Box-Behnken组合设计研究了料液比、乙醇质量分数、超声波处理时间、水浴时间4个因素对黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,玉米苞叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇质量分数为80%,料液比为1∶26,超声波处理时间为40min,水浴时间为34min。进一步对玉米苞叶总黄酮的抗氧化性进行测定,结果表明:玉米苞叶中总黄酮对DPPH自由基的清除能力和还原能力大于维生素C。 The influence of four factors,which includes feed solution proportion,ethyl alcohol content,ultrasonic treatment time and water-bath time,on the flavonoid extraction rate is designed and studied by using response surface methodology optimizing the conditions of ultrasound assistance in extracting total corn-bract flavonoids from ethyl alcohol.The result shows that optimal technological condition of extraction of corn-bract flavonoids is as per blow:ethyl alcohol content is 80%,feed solution proportion is 1to26,ultrasonic treatment time is 40 minutes,and water-bath time is 34 minutes.Result after further measurement on the antioxidation of total corn-bract flavonoids indicates that the scavenging activity and reducing power of total corn-bract flavonoids on DPPH free radical is bigger than vitamin C.
