基于超效率DEA的中国省际工业能源效率评价 被引量:1

摘要 以中国省际工业为研究对象,运用基于松弛变量的超效率DEA模型,实证分析了2006—2011年中国30个省市自治区(西藏、台湾、香港、澳门除外)及东、中、西部区域的工业能源效率,在此基础上应用Tobit回归模型,进一步分析了中国工业能源效率的影响因素。研究结果表明,我国各区域工业能源效率差距显著。东部区域工业能源效率最高,且以北京、上海和天津居首,而中西部工业能源效率较低,其中以宁夏最低。在影响因素中,经济结构、外资水平以及工业固定新增资产投资对地区工业能源效率有着积极的影响,而重工业所占总工业的比重以及人口密度对工业能源效率有着消极的影响。针对以上结论,提出了相应的对策建议。 Relevant advises are proposed after a furthur analysis of the the influencing factors of Chinese industrial energy efficency by applying Regression model of Tobit based on the empirical analysis of industrial energy effiency of Chinese 30 provinces and eastern,central and western regions from the year of 2006 to 2011by taking Chinese provincal inustry as the research object,and using ultra-efficent DEA model of slack variable.The research result shows the remarkable difference of Chinese industrial energy efficiency in different regions.The industrail energy efficient in eastern region is the highest,among which Beijing,Shanghai and Tianjin rank first.Moreover,the industrial energy efficiency in midwest region is lower,among which Ningxia is the lowest.In all the influencing factors on regional industrial energy efficiency,the positive influences include economic structure,foreign capital leveland new industrial investment in fixed assets,while the negative influences include the proportion of heavy industry in the whole industry and population density.Relevant advises are suggested based on the conclusin above.
