摘要
根据数字存储示波器校准规范,讨论了数字示波器主要计量参数的校准方法。同时以TDS3032为例,对数字示波器脉冲幅度、直流电压、频带宽度、周期、上升时间的测量不确定度进行了评定和分析。
The digital oscilloscope measurement parameters calibration method has been discussed according to calibration specification of digital storage oscilloscope in this paper.Taking TDS3032 as an example,the measurement uncertainty of the pulse amplitude,DC voltage,band width,cycle,and rising time have been evaluated and analyzed in this paper.
