摘要
提出一种基于多规约采集的电能质量监测系统,用于网省级电能质量在线监测,可有效解决电能质量监测通讯规约不统一、各相关系统集成困难的问题。该系统分为监测设备层、数据采集层、数据应用层,各层相互独立,形成可灵活配置的体系。在数据采集层建立多规约采集平台,实现对监测装置数据采集的统一,降低建设成本,方便系统维护。同时,系统还可对未来的电能质量通讯标准规约进行支持,实现新老设备的过渡。数据采集层和数据应用层间采用PQDIF作为数据交互标准,可方便地为各类电能质量分析系统提供原始数据。本文所述系统能够实现对各种监测设备、分析系统的最大兼容,是实现全面、深入的电能质量监测应用的有效方案。
This article proposed a power quality monitoring system based on multi-protocol acquisition.It is designed for area utility company,power quality monitor un-uniform protocol problem,and the difficult of related systems integration can be solved by it.The system is divided into monitor device layer,data acquisition layer and application layer.Layers are separately,so the system can be set up freely.The multi-protocol acquisition platform at data acquisition layer can get data from different monitors,so the construction cost is lower and maintenance work is easier.And what is more,power quality monitor communication standards founded in the future can be supported by this system,so the transition from old monitor to new is smoothly.Data acquisition layer and application layer exchange data through PQDIF.This system has good compatibility of different power quality monitors and systems,and it is a useful schema for entire and deep power quality application.
