摘要
国际法制计量组织的国际建议OIML R46有功电能表和欧盟的NE 50470电能表系列标准中对电能表常数检验提出了定量的技术要求。本文通过对传统的电能表常数检验方法进行检验误差的分析,认为电能表常数检验误差主要产生于在进行常数检验时检验人员根据电能表液晶计度器末位数字进位时用手动控制脉冲计数器启停不同步的时间差和脉冲计数器记录脉冲的截尾误差。根据OIML和NE标准的规定,通过分析和论证提出了既满足标准规定的检验误差要求又能缩短试验时间的电能表常数的快速检验的优化方案。
Constant of electric energy meter testing presents quantitative technical requirements in the OIML R46 Active Electrical Energy Meters and the EU's NE 50470 energy meter series standard.Based on the traditional constant of electric energy meter testing method of testing error analysis,the paper considered constant of electric energy meter testing error is mainly produced in the constant inspection inspection personnel according to the electric energy meter LCD Counter end rounding of figures with manual control pulse counter start-stop synchronization time difference and the pulse counter records pulse truncation error.According to OIML and NE standards,through the analysis and the proof the paper presented an optimization solution both can meet the standards specified inspection error requests and shorten the test time constant of electric energy meter.
