智能电网环境下负荷响应对系统消纳风电能力影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着可再生能源的跨越式发展,大规模风电并网消纳不畅问题导致了严重的风电弃风现象。智能电网环境中自我响应负荷具有良好的弹性,对于减小风电波动性对电网安全的影响,提高风电资源的利用率十分有益。根据负荷需求响应的特点,建立了基于市场供需比的负荷弹性模型,分析了负荷弹性对系统消纳风电能力的影响。并以10机系统和一个风电场的数据为依据进行了算例分析,即对含风电系统的三种模式下的日前风电消纳情况进行了对比,最后结果表明,负荷弹性可有效减少弃风,提高系统对风电的消纳能力,为电力系统的安全经济运行提供可靠保障。 With the leap-forward development of renewable energy , the poor consumption of large-scale wind power integration leads to serious wind power abandoned .In the environment of smart grid , self response load with good elasticity is beneficial to reduce the influence of wind power volatility on grid security and improve the utilization rate of wind power resource .According to the characteristics of the load demand response , a load elasticity model is estab-lished based on the market supply and demand ratio , and the influence of load elasticity on system consumptive capac-ity of wind power is analyzed .On the basis of the data of 10 machines system and 1 wind farm , three kinds of modes of wind power consumption are compared , the final results show that the load elasticity can reduce the abandon wind power effectively , improve the system consumption capability of wind power , and provide a reliable guarantee for safe and economic operation of power systems .
