针药结合治疗男性勃起功能障碍临床观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Combined with TCM Medicine in Treatment of Male Erectile Dysfunction

目的观察针灸结合苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗男性勃起功能障碍临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组。对照组采用苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合针灸治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗疗效,治疗前后勃起功能国际指数问卷(IIEF-5)评分、血清睾酮水平变化及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组IIEF-5评分明显增加(P<0.05);治疗组IIEF-5评分治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清睾酮水平明显增加(P<0.05);治疗组血清睾酮水平治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未见严重不良反应。结论针药结合治疗男性勃起功能障碍患者临床疗效安全可靠,具有重要研究价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture in treatment of male erectile dysfunction. Methods80 cases of male erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,observation group was given combination of acupuncture treatment on the basis of control group. The courses of treatment were 4 weeks in both groups. Curative efficacies,changes of IIEF- 5 score,serum testosterone levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment of both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group（ 82. 50%） was higher than that of the control group（ 60. 00%）（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the IIEF- 5 score of both groups increased significantly（ P〈0. 05）,IIEF- 5 score of observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,serum levels of testosterone were significantly increased in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,serum levels of testosterone in observation group were higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; no serious adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with TCM medicine in treatment of male erectile dysfunction is safe and reliable with important research value.
