中药注射剂溶媒使用情况调查分析

Analysis on the Use Condition of TCM Injections Solvent

目的调查分析安徽省宣城市人民医院中药注射剂溶媒的使用情况,促进临床安全合理用药。方法抽取711份使用中药注射剂的出院病历,记录相关用药信息,分析中药注射剂溶媒使用的合理性。结果中药注射剂溶媒使用不合理的229例,占30.01%。其中溶媒种类选择不合理的有121例,占总例数的15.86%;溶媒用量不合理的108例,占总例数的14.15%,溶媒用量不合理主要表现为溶媒量偏小。结论目前安徽省宣城市人民医院中药注射剂的溶媒使用存在不合理现象,医院应加强宣教和监管,要求医师按照说明书及相关规范正确使用溶媒,以减少不良反应发生,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To investigate and analyze the use condition of traditional Chinese medical（ TCM） injections solvent in People＇s Hospital of Xuancheng,to promote the level of rationality and safety of drug usage in clinic. Methods Select 711 medical records which had used TCM injections and discharged from hospital,record the related information of TCM injections,analyze the rationality of the TCM solvent usage. Results 229 cases（ 30. 01%） were irrational for the usage of TCM injections solvent,121 cases（ 15. 86%） were irrational for the type of solvent selection,108 cases（ 14. 15%） were irrational for the amount of solvent,mainly for small amount of use. Conclusion Irrational usage of TCM injections still exists in People＇s Hospital of Xuancheng,hospital managers should strengthen the regulation and require physicians to follow the instructions and related specifications strictly to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and guarentee the medication safety.
