益气清热膏联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yiqi Qingre Electuary Combined with Irbesartan in Treatment of Chronic Nephritis

目的探讨益气清热膏联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法选择慢性肾炎患者80例,随机分成两组。对照组仅用厄贝沙坦单独治疗,治疗组使用益气清热膏联合厄贝沙坦进行治疗。12周后观察疗效。结果治疗者总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),尿蛋白水平下降也更明显(P<0.01)。结论使用益气清热膏联合厄贝沙坦来治疗慢性肾炎具有良好的疗效,能够有效降低患者尿蛋白水平,达到治愈慢性肾炎或者延缓肾功能不全进展的目的,并不影响肝功能,没有不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Qingre electuary combined with Irbesartan in treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. Control group received Irbesartan,treatment group received Yiqi Qingre electuary combined with Irbesartan. After 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacies were observed and compared. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were respectively92. 5% and 72. 5% with statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. The urine protein levels of treatment group decreased more obviously with statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Yiqi Qingre electuary combined with Irbesartan has good curative effect on chronic nephritis.The method can effectively reduce the level of ureanitrogen to cure chronic nephritis or delay renal insufficiency,it has no adverse effect on liver function and there were no adverse reactions occurred.
