丹七软胶囊结合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Danqi Soft Capsule on Blood Lipid and Hemorheology in Elderly Patients with Coronary Angina Pectoris

目的观察丹七软胶囊结合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取92例老年冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组46例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服丹七软胶囊,4周为1个疗程。两组均治疗2个疗程后观察心绞痛发作频率和持续时间、心电图疗效进行评定,并比较两组血脂及血液流变学指标的变化。结果经治疗后,治疗组心绞痛、心电图总有效率分别为89.13%、69.57%,与对照组(71.74%、47.83%)比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平治疗后均比治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),两组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平治疗后均比治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后发作频率、持续时间均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论丹七软胶囊结合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛可显著改善患者血液流变学指标,降低血脂,改善心电图,有助于缓解及减轻心绞痛症状。

Objective To investigate the effects of Danqi soft capsule on blood lipid and hemorheology in elderly patients with coronary angina pectoris. Methods 92 elderly patients with coronary angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group received conventional therapy,observation group was given Danqi soft capsule on the basis of control groups,4 weeks for a course,both groups were given continuous treatment of 2 courses. After treatment,the effects of anti- angina,electrocardiogram were assessed. The angina frequency,duration and lipid and blood rheology changes were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rates of anti- angina,ECG in observation group were respectively 89. 13%,69. 57%,compared with control group（ 71. 74%,47. 83%）,there was a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,platelet aggregation,TC,TG,LDL levels in both groups after treatment decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）,HDL levels after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The differences between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,seizure frequency,duration in both groups were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）,the differences between observation group and control group were with significant differences after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The results show that Danqi soft capsule in treatment of coronary angina pectoris in elderly patients can significantly improve blood rheology and electrocardiogram,reduce cholesterol,is helpful to relieve and alleviate the symptoms of angina.
