辨证针刺配合五行音乐疗法治疗特发性耳鸣的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Differentiation of Acupuncture Combined with Five Lines of Music Therapy in Treatment of Subjective Idiopathic Tinnitus

目的探讨辨证针刺配合五行音乐疗法治疗特发性耳鸣的效果。方法将54例特发性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各27例,对照组采用辨证针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用五行音乐疗法,治疗结束后通过耳鸣残疾评估量表及耳鸣疗效标准综合评估两组患者的疗效差异。结果经过4周的治疗后两组耳鸣患者残疾评分均较治疗前下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组下降幅度较对照组更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为81.5%,对照组为70.4%,两组进行比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证施针配合五行音乐疗法有助于特发性耳鸣患者病情的恢复,值得在临床上进一步研究及推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of differentiation of acupuncture combined with five lines of music therapy in treatment of subjective idiopathic tinnitus patients. Methods 54 cases of subjective idiopathic tinnitus were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group received differentiation of acupunctureand therapy,treatment group received five lines of music therapy on the basis of control group. The therapeutic efficacies of the two groups were evaluated by THI scores and tinnitus curative standard after 4 weeks＇ period of treatment. Results THI scores were significantly lower after treatment in both groups with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The degree of scores in treatment group declined more obviously than that of the control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate was 81. 5% of treatment group,higher than 70. 4% of control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Differentiation of acupuncture combined with five lines of music therapy has good clinical efficacy in treatment of subjective idiopathic tinnitus,is worthy of being applicated in clinical.
