中医治疗膝骨关节炎研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Therapy in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

膝骨关节炎属于中医"痹证"范畴,中医治疗膝骨关节炎是中医骨科的优势病种。中医对膝骨关节炎的病因病机、辩证分型的研究,促进了中医治疗膝骨关节炎的发展。通过查阅近年来中医治疗膝骨关节炎的有关文献,重点从病因病机、辩证分型以及各种治疗方法等方面来阐述中医药治疗膝骨关节炎的研究进展,以期为膝骨关节炎的中医治疗提供科学依据。

Knee osteoarthritis,which belongs to the category of＂bi syndrome＂in traditional Chinese medicine,is an advantage disease in TCM orthopedics. The etiology and pathogenesis dialectical classification research of TCM promotes the development of TCM treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Based on the literatures of TCM treatment of knee osteoarthritis in recent years,the author focused on the etiology and pathogenesis dialectical classification and various treatment methods to elaborate the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide a scientific basis for TCM treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
