辱虐管理的前因与后果探析:一个文献综述 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,辱虐管理成为了组织行为学领域的研究热点,有关辱虐管理的研究成果也日益丰富。为了准确把握辱虐管理的最新研究进展,本文从前因和后果这两个角度出发,重点梳理了2010年以来国内外的相关研究文献,并在此基础上对辱虐管理的未来研究进行了展望。
