摘要
阿米巴经营模式由日本企业家稻盛和夫提出,其创办的京瓷和第二电电公司采用阿米巴经营模式,皆以惊人的速度成长并进入世界500强。阿米巴经营模式也被越来越多的企业学习、导入和运用。以制造型企业A公司为例,阐述了阿米巴经营模式的建立、核算、改进等内容,供其他制造型企业参考、借鉴。
Amoeba management model was put forward by Kazuo Inamori,a Japanese entrepreneur who started Kyocera and DDI Corporation with the theory.The two enterprises,growing at a breathtaking pace,are now listed in the world's Top 500,hence the amoeba management pattern has been studied,introduced and used by more and more companies.Taking A Company as an example,this paper discusses the application of amoeba management in the manufacturing corporation from the aspects of model establishment,accounting,improvement and etc.,aiming to provide reference for manufacturing enterprises.
