摘要
分别采用药膜法和浸渍法研究了高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素、甲维盐、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、虫酰肼、茚虫威、苏云金杆菌等8种常用杀虫剂对双斑侧沟茧蜂成虫和蛹(茧)的毒性。药膜法测定结果表明:啶虫脒对双斑侧沟茧蜂成虫的毒性最高,触药后24,h,双斑侧沟茧蜂成虫的死亡率达89.49%,;其次是甲维盐、阿维菌素,死亡率分别达85.61%,、80.63%,;再次是高效氯氰菊酯,为63.32%,。而茚虫威、苏云金杆菌对双斑侧沟茧蜂成蜂毒性较低,仅为21.59%,、24.71%,。浸渍法研究表明,8种杀虫剂对双斑侧沟茧蜂蛹的羽化及其成蜂寿命影响不大。该结果为双斑侧沟茧蜂的田间使用奠定了较好的基础。
Effects of eight insecticides on Microplitis bicoloratus Chen were determined and evaluated under laboratory condition by insecticide film method and dipping method.The results showed that the contact toxicity of Acetaniprid for adult parasitoids was the strongest in these insecticides,the mortality rates at 24,h was 89.49%,;next came Avermectin,Emamectin Benzoate and Betacypermethrin,the mortality rates were 80.63%,,85.61%, and 63.53%, respectively.The toxicity of Indoxacarb and Bacillus thuringiensis were the weakest,the mortality rates at 24,h were 21.59%, and 24.71%, respectively.Dipping method revealed that the eight insecticides had little effect on the emergence and adult life span of Microplitis bicoloratus Chen.
