摘要
制备成功一种空气孔相互不接触的石英基负曲率芯中红外空心微结构光纤,对其进行排HCl 气体处理后,利用中红外超连续谱光源(覆盖波长范围最长达4.2,μm)对其在中红外波段的传输谱特性进行了测试.制备的这种空气孔相互不接触的石英基负曲率芯中红外空心微结构光纤在2,000~4,200,nm 波长范围之间有4 个高损耗区,在2,000,nm 波长以上有3 个通光窗口分别位于2,200~2,550,nm 波段、2,900~3,300,nm 波段、3,600~4,000,nm 波段,最低的损耗出现在3,600,nm附近,可以低于2,dB/m.
A kind of silica negative curve hollow core mid-IR microstructure fiber with contactless air holes was fabricated.After the fiber was processed by removing HCl gas,the mid-IR transmission spectrum property of the fiber was measured by mid-IR supercontinuum optical source(the longest wavelength is until 4.2,μm).The fabricated silica negative curve hollow core mid-IR microstructure fiber has four high loss regions and there are three transmission windows between 2,000,nm and 4,200,nm. They are 2,200~2,550,nm region,2,900~3,300,nm region and 3,600~4,000,nm region.The lowest loss may be lower than 2,d B/m near 3,600,nm.
