摘要
本研究分别采用紫外分光光度法和亲和毛细管电泳法研究了重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素(NE-B)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。紫外光谱结果表明,NE-B与BSA形成结合物而使BSA的紫外吸收增强。亲和毛细管电泳结果表明,37℃与25℃时时二者的结合常数(K)为分别为K_1=1.03×10~4L·mol^(-1),K_2=9.14×10~3L·mol^(-1)。由热力学参数计算结果可知,NE-B与BSA之间的结合属自发过程,二者之间的作用力以疏水作用为主。
The interaction between noradrenaline bitartrate( NE-B) and bovine serum albumin( BSA) was studied by ultraviolet and affinity capillary electrophoresis in this paper. As shown by the results of ultraviolet,ultraviolet of BSA is increasing with the in-crease of NE-B content because of the formation of BSA-NE-B complex. It was shown by the results of affinity capillary electrophore-sis that The interacted constant is different at different temperatures. The interacted constant of them was 1. 03×104 L·mol-1and 9. 14 ×103 L·mol-1 at 37℃ and 25℃,respectively. From thermodynamic coordination it can be judged that the binding of NE-B and BSA is a spontaneous process. And the binding power between NE-B and BSA is hydrophobic power.
