表面活性剂对沉淀法制备纳米AlO(OH)的影响

摘要 本文采用沉淀法制备了AlO(OH),对样品进行了XRD、FT-IR 及SEM 表征分析,研究了表面活性剂种类对AlO(OH)晶型及形貌的影响.研究结果表明,以SDBS 为表面活性剂时,AlO(OH)结晶度较好,晶粒较大,伴有少量Al(OH)3 存在,样品为分散性较好的5 nm 厚、长宽可达100 - 300 nm 的边缘卷曲的蓬松片状物.以SDS、SHMP、PEG600 或PEG6000 为表面活性剂时,AlO(OH)结晶度较差,晶粒较小,晶格发育不完全,无Al(OH)3 存在,且出现不同程度的团聚现象. In this paper,AlO( OH) was prepared by precipitation method. The samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM. The effects of species surfactant on AlO( OH) was researched. The results show that,when the surfactant is sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS),AlO(OH)has good crystallinity and big size grains accompanying with a small amount of Al(OH)3 crystal. The sample shows curly fluffy flake with thickness of 5 nm and width of 100~300 nm. When the surfactant is SDS,SHMP,PEG600 or PEG6000,the samples has bad crystallinity and small size grains without Al(OH)3 crystal. Meanwhile,the samples are reunited in different degree.
