摘要
目的对应用血清酶类指标和血清总胆汁酸水平联合检测方式对患有肝脏疾病的肝脏功能实施评价的临床价值进行研究。方法抽取江西省上饶市广丰县中医院收治的患有肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌疾病的患者各62例,在抽取同期接受健康体检的健康研究对象资料62例。分别将其定义为甲乙丙丁4组。对4组研究对象的血清酶类指标和血清总胆汁酸水平进行测定,并对比测定结果。结果甲组研究对象的血清胆汁酸水平明显高于乙组、丙组、丁组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);丙组研究对象的γ-甘氨酰转移酶和碱性硫酸酶水平明显高于乙组、甲组、丁组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);丙组研究对象的丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平明显高于甲组、乙组、丁组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在临床上患有肝癌、肝硬化、肝炎等肝脏疾病的患者的血清酶类指标和血清总胆汁酸水平会有不同程度的升高,可以将上述指标作为对上述几种进行鉴别和对治疗效果进行评价的客观依据。
Objective To apply serum enzyme index and serum total bile acid level joint detection methods for people with liver disease of liver function to evaluate the clinical value of study. Methods The extraction of our hospital patients with hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver disease, 62 cases receiving physical examination in extracting the same health research object data in 62 cases. Define it as the a Yi Bing Ding four groups respectively. Of four groups of serum enzymes index and serum total bile acid levels are measured, and compared the results. Results The serum bile acid level of students’ study was obviously higher than that of group b, higher than that of c group, higher than that of butyl group, significant difference between groups ( P <0. 05 ); C groups of gamma gump ammonia acyl transferase and alkaline magnesium sulfate levels are significantly higher than group b, higher than the first division, higher than that of butyl group, significant difference between groups (P<0. 05); C groups of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels significantly higher than the first, higher than group b, higher than that of butyl group, significant difference between groups ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusions In clinical patients with liver cancer patients with liver diseases such as hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, serum enzymes index and serum total bile acid levels will have different degree rise, as the indexes for the above several to identify and evaluate the therapeutic effect of objective basis.
