摘要
雷电灾害是目前最严重的自然灾害之一,其产生的破坏力非常巨大,一般会造成建筑物的损伤及人们生命财产的损失.基于模糊层次分析法的原理,给雷电带来的人员伤亡、经济损失和社会影响做出一个综合判定,以便对不同原因产生的雷电灾害进行比较,从而进一步全面、准确的分析雷电带来的灾害,对其带来的损失进行评估.灾情评估的依据主要源于雷电灾害的灾情评估体系,它是定性评价雷电灾害所带来的各种损失的工具,能够客观地分析评价雷电带来的灾害损失.
Thunderbolt is one of the most serious natural disasters, which produces enormous destructive power that will generally cause damage of the building and loss of life and property of the people. The paper, based on the principle of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to bring thunderbolt casualties, economic losses and social impact and makes a comprehensive judgment, in order to compare different causes, further com-prehensive and accurate analysis of thunderbolt so as to evaluate the loss. Disaster assessment mainly based on the thunderbolt disaster assessment system, which is a tool of qualitative evaluation of thunderbolt, which can evaluate and analyze objectively the disaster losses caused by thunderbolt.
