目的为规范处方管理,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,保障医疗安全,药师应对处方的适宜性进行审核,对不合理处方进行及时有效的干预,避免差错事故的发生,保障患者生命财产的安全。方法药师严格审方,对不合格处方及时干预,汇总分析,通过奖惩二次干预。结果医师重视程度提高,不合格处方总体下降50%。结论加强药师对处方的干预力度,增强医师、药师和患者之间的有效沟通,可提高合理用药水平,避免差错事故的发生,保障患者生命财产的安全。
