肉桂皮提取液对棉针织物染色性能的影响

The Influences of Cinnamon Bark Extracting Liquid on the Dyeing Properties of Cotton Knitted Fabric

对以水为介质,从肉桂皮中提取天然色素用于改性棉针织物的染色进行了研究。探讨了改性剂Fix-800和NaOH用量、改性温度和时间等改性工艺参数以及染色pH值、染色温度和时间等染色工艺参数对染色效果的影响。结果表明棉针织物改性的优化工艺为:改性剂Fix-800 10%(owf),NaOH 20g/L,在80℃改性40min,浴比1∶30。肉桂皮提取液染色的优化工艺为:毋需调节提取液pH值,80℃染色40min,浴比1∶30。

Natural dyestuff extracted from cinnamon bark was used to dye the modified cotton knitted fabrics.The influences of the amount of modifier Fix-800 and NaOH,modified temperature and time,pH value,dyeing temperature and time on the dyeing effects were studied.The results showed that the optimum process of cotton modification was modifier Fix-800 10%(owf),NaOH20g/L,temperature of 80℃,time of 40 min,bath ratio 1:30.The optimum dyeing process was dyed at 80℃for 40 min without pH adjustment,bath ratio 1:30.
