摘要
测试了SC高性能淀粉浆料的浆膜性能、浆料混溶性和浆液的黏附性能,并对13tex涤棉纱进行了浆纱试验分析。结果表明SC高性能淀粉浆料替代PVA用于13tex涤棉纱上浆,可取得较好的毛羽降低率、退浆率,浆纱强力和耐磨性。
The film performance,miscibility and size adhesion of SC high performance starch size were tested.Through sizing experiment on 13 tex polyester cotton yarn,the results showed that PVA could be replaced by SC to use for 13 tex polyester cotton yarn sizing.Good hairiness reducing rate,desizing rate,sizing strength and abrasion resistance were obtained.
