小便不利基本机理为肾与膀胱气化失常所致的津液代谢失常,常由膀胱邪实与化源不足等原因引起。仲景通利小便之法博而不杂,效而有章,其通阳利水之法尤为精妙。今酌取五苓散、肾气丸、真武汤、栝楼瞿麦丸诸方,管窥仲景通阳利水法治疗小便不利之要义。
