摘要
针对气体在中高压下的吸附测量,自行设计制造了一套全自动吸附性能测试仪器。应用自制仪器,可测得高压吸附等温线、吸附速率曲线,本文以乙烷、乙烯气体为例对其进行测量,并进行了重现性测试,在热力学模型、间接测量误差上计算分析。可实现在0.1~1.0 MPa内设定压力测量范围,测量温度在273~353 K可调,测量精度达0.0013 F.S.,重现性绝对误差在±0.25 m L/g(std.)以内。
A suit of automatic adsorption property measurement device is designed for gas adsorption in middle- high pressure. By using this device,the adsorption equilibrium,adsorption rate and measuring repeatability of ethane and ethylene is studied. Furthermore,the thermodynamics method is compared,and indirect error is calculated. The pressure can be set in range of 0. 1 ~ 1. 0 MPa,and temperature can be set among 273 ~ 353 K. The precision of measurement attain0. 0013 F. S. The error among repeat test is restricted in ± 0. 25 m L / g( std.).
