摘要
针对1#汽轮发电机组两台SC150-21-1型射水抽气器开工以来存在的夏季补水量大、溢流水量大、单台射水泵运行时抽真空效果不理想等问题原因分析,根据1#机的实际情况,确定了从改造射水抽气器水循环回路方面来解决这些问题的技术措施,阐述了改造后的效果,为机组的技术改进提供了有参考价值的资料。
This paper focuses on the analysis about two sets SC150- 21- 1 type water jet air ejector of 1# steam turbine,since the start of the existing large amount of summer replenishment,overflow water amount is large,single jet pump run-time pumping vacuum effect is not ideal,according to the actual situation 1 # steam turbine,determine the technical measures from the transformation of the water jet pumping gas and water circulation loop aspects to solve these problems,elaborates the transformation effect. Valuable reference data for technical improvement of steam turbine unit is provided.
