摘要
对Q235碳钢进行表面处理,涂覆环氧树脂(EP)和聚乙烯(PE)涂层来提高其耐腐蚀性能。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)分析了涂层的形貌结构及其组成,通过电化学测试研究了涂层/Q235碳钢体系在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为。结果表明,高分子涂层能有效提高碳钢的耐腐蚀性能,且PE涂层比EP涂层对碳钢的保护性能更好。
The Q235 steel was treated by epoxy resin and polyethylene coating,separately. The structure of the samples with polymer coating was investigated by a scanning electron microscope( SEM) and an energy dispersed X- ray spectroscope( EDS),and the corrosion resistance of the polymer coated samples was investigated by electrochemical techniques. The results show that the polymer coatings remarkably improve the corrosion resistance of the Q235 steel. The corrosion resistance of the PE coating is better than that of EP coating.
