摘要
通过考察现有干法、湿法全粒级入选技术,并分析其中优缺点,提出将干法和湿法技术相结合的最优工艺路线。该方案将大块煤湿法分选,小块煤干法分选,煤泥根据热值确定是否分选,既能保证低热值末煤提质,又能降低水耗电耗,减少煤泥产量。
In this paper,by investigating the existing dry method and wet method full grain level in technology,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,the combination of dry method and wet method is proposed to the optimal process route. The scheme will be big coal wet separation,small coal dry separation,slime determine whether sorting according to the calorific value,low calorific value can be ensured by the end of the coal mass,and can reduce water consumption of electricity,reduce the coal production.
