黄原胶提纯过程中乙醇回收节能工艺研究

Study on Energy- efficient Ethanol Recovery Process for Xanthan Gum Purification

针对黄原胶提纯过程中的乙醇回收问题,提出了常规精馏法和双效精馏法两种方法及其工程设计要点,并对两种方法的能耗、工艺参数和优缺点进行了对比;双效精馏法能有效解决乙醇回收的难题,降低了黄原胶的生产成本。

For ethanol recovery problems in the process of xanthan gum purification,the conventional distillation method,double effect distillation method and their main engineering design points are introduced,the energy consumption,process parameters,advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared; double effect distillation method can solve difficult problems of ethanol recovery,reduce the production cost of xanthan gum.
