中学生人际关系及其与自尊、人际信任的关系

Self-Esteem, Interpersonal Trust and Interpersonal Relations in Youths at Middle School

目的：探讨中学生人际关系的特点及其与自尊、人际信任的关系。方法：采用自尊量表、人际信任量表和人际关系综合诊断量表对951名中学生进行测查。结果：1女生的人际关系显著好于男生（F=8.71,P〈0.01）,高中的人际关系显著好于初中（F=5.53,P〈0.05）;2自尊和人际信任均与人际关系呈显著正相关（r=0.30～0.45,P〈0.001）;3人际信任在自尊与人际关系之间起显著中介作用,中介效应值为0.051。结论：中学生自尊、人际信任和人际关系三者之间密切相关,人际信任在自尊和人际关系之间起显著中介作用。

Obejective：To explore the characters of interpersonal relations and its relations to self-esteem and interper-sonal trust in middle school students. Methods： Use the questionnaire of Rosernberg self-esteem,interpersonal trust scaleand interpersonal relations assessment scale to test 951 middle school students. Results： 1Self-esteem and interpersonaltrust were significant positively correlated with interpersonal relations（r=0.30～0.45, P〈0.001）; 2Interpersonal trust mediat-ed the relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal relations, which accounts for 0.051 of the total variance. Conclusion： Self-esteem, interpersonal trust and interpersonal relations were closely related, and interpersonal trust mediates therelationship between self-esteem and interpersonal relations in youth at middle school.
