农村区域发展专业本科生导师制长效机制研究

摘要 为进行农村区域发展专业本科生导师制长效机制探索,从以下五个方面展开研究:强化教学内化机制以培养导师-学生学习共同体形成、强化实践外化机制以促进学生"亲产业"品质养成、进行榜样示范机制构建以强化教育教学典范引导、进行综合协调机制建设以满足多元利益诉求、完善效果评价机制以加强考核奖励体系,以期通过研究,促进本科生导师制良性正向施行,长效发挥其在人才培养中的价值。 This paper explores the long- term mechanism of tutor system for the major of Development of Rural Areas from five aspects,including strengthening the teaching internalization mechanism to cultivate the teacher- student's learning community,strengthening the practice of the external mechanism to promote the students "close to industry"quality cultivation,establishing model demonstration mechanism to strengthen education and teaching model guide,establishing comprehensive coordination mechanism to meet the needs of multiple interests,and improving the effect evaluation mechanism to strengthen the assessment and reward system. The purpose of this study is to promote the implementation of the tutorial system and achieve the value of tutor system in the cultivation of talents.
