摘要
近年来,随着以人、资源、空间三要素构成的智慧图书馆模型的不断健全,图书馆自助服务的种类日趋增多。为融合各种自助服务,增加各自助服务间的信息交互,对自助服务系统进行统一的架构设计越发重要,如何进一步加强人与空间的互联也成为图书馆发展中的一个重要问题。与此同时,终端设备的种类和应用不断丰富与多样,自助服务如何适应多终端共存的环境,以及根据不同终端采用不同技术手段显示和获取信息成为自助服务的发展方向之一。本文针对图书馆近年来快速发展的自助服务需求,以及不断变化的服务环境,提出自助服务的整体设计框架,并通过上海交通大学图书馆实体场馆自助服务探讨服务实践以及应用分析。
With the continuously improvement of intelligent library model which is formed by their major key elements,people,resources and space,self-service pattern in library has developed rapidly and widely in recent years.In order to integrate the various self-service and increase the information exchange,unified architecture design for self-service becomes more and more important.How to enhance the interconnection of people and space becomes one important part of library development.Terminal types and application enriched with diverse,in the meanwhile,how to adapt to the multiterminal environment and the technique for displaying and acquiring information based on the specific terminal become the future direction of self-service development.We are aiming at the rapid development and intense,ever-changing environment of self-service pattern in library in recent years.This paper proposes an overall self-service design framework,and takes Library of Shanghai Jiao Tong University venues self-service as an example to discuss the service practice and user scenarios.
