电动汽车三相不控整流充电机频域谐波模型 被引量:21

摘要 电动汽车充电站的谐波污染主要来自充电机前级的不控或相控整流电路,针对采用无源功率因数校正的三相不控整流充电机,分析其在充电电流连续和断续模式的工作原理,根据充电过程中电压和电流平衡方程,推导充电机的频域谐波耦合导纳矩阵,并由充电等效电路得到不同模式下的谐波导纳矩阵参数,由此建立电动汽车充电机频域谐波解析模型。该模型将充电机时域非线性特征转换成频域线性导纳矩阵,以表征其各次谐波电流与机端各次谐波电压的耦合关系。最后,通过仿真和实验分析验证了该模型的正确性。 The harmonic pollution of electric vehicle charging station is mainly caused by the uncontrolled former level or phase-controlled rectification circuit of chargers. Aiming at the three-phase uncontrolled rectified charger adopting passive power factor correction, the operating principle of charging current in continuous and discontinuous modes was analyzed in this paper. According to the voltage and current balance equations in the process of charging, the frequency-domain harmonically coupled admittance matrices of chargers were derived. And the harmonic admittance matrix parameters under different modes were acquiredvia the charging equivalent circuit. Therefore, the frequency-domain harmonic model of electric vehicle chargers was established. This model transformed the time-domain nonlinear characteristics into frequency-domain linear admittance matrices, to feature the coupling relationship between the terminal current and voltage harmonic in each order. Finally, the simulation and experiment analysis verified the proposed model.
